These terms are an agreement between you and GIZENO LTD (“Wowie Books”, “we”) for using wowiebooks.com and buying our personalized books. By using the site you agree to them.

Who can use Wowie Books

You must be at least 18 and able to make purchases in the United States. Only enter details about a child if you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.

What we make

We create personalized 32-page storybooks, delivered as a digital PDF or as a printed hardcover with the PDF included. Illustrations and text are generated with the help of artificial intelligence from the details you give us. Each book is unique, so art style and likeness can vary, and a book is an illustration, not an exact portrait. If something doesn't feel right, our Wowie promise covers you.

Hardcover books are printed on demand by our printing partner and shipped free within the United States. We email you the tracking link when your book ships. Printing and delivery usually take two to three weeks.

Prices, offers and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Special offers show their end time and apply only until then. One offer per order unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

Delivery

After payment we create your book and email you a download link, usually within minutes. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder or email team@wowiebooks.com.

Refunds and remakes

See our Refund Policy: within 30 days we'll remake the illustrations for free, and if it's still not right, refund you in full.

Your book, our rights

Your book is for personal, non-commercial use: read it, print it at home or at a print shop, and share it with family and friends. Please don't resell it or use it commercially. The Wowie Books name, logo, site, story templates and designs belong to us.

Using the site fairly

Don't misuse the service: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to break our security, and no offensive, hateful or unlawful content in names or messages. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules and refund it.

Disclaimers and liability

Our stories are for enjoyment and gentle encouragement. Stories about fears, feelings, doctors and other big moments are not medical or psychological advice. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law rules. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live. Before any formal dispute, please email us. Most problems are solved quickly that way.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, which applies to new orders.
