The Wowie promise: love your book, or we'll make it right.

Within 30 days of your order

• Free remake. If the book doesn't feel like your child (for example the hair, skin tone or glasses look wrong, or a name is misspelled), tell us what's off and we'll remake the illustrations for free.
• Full refund. If it's still not right after the remake, or you'd simply prefer your money back, we'll refund you in full.

How to ask

Reply to your order email or write to team@wowiebooks.com with your order email address and a few words about what you'd like changed. No forms. We answer within 1 to 2 business days.

When you get your money

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Stripe processes them right away, and your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

Good to know

• The free preview is always free, so there's nothing to refund before you buy.
• After 30 days we're still happy to help with fixes, but refunds are no longer available.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We'll sort it out faster and it keeps prices low for every family.
